Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from China.

Standard Shipping — $20 USD per Order

We offer worldwide standard shipping at a flat rate of $20 USD per order.

Orders of $200 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.Free shipping applies only to standard shipping. If expedited shipping is selected, the applicable expedited shipping fee will still be charged.

Standard shipments are handled by our international logistics partners and transferred to local carriers for final delivery.

Duties and taxes are included in the standard shipping fee. Recipients will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

- Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia: 3–10 business days
- United States, European Union, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Other countries and regions:14–50 business days

Expedited Shipping — $40 USD per Order

Worldwide expedited shipping is available at a flat rate of $40 USD per order.

The free standard shipping offer does not apply to expedited shipping. The $40 USD expedited shipping fee will still apply to orders of $200 USD or more if expedited shipping is selected.

Depending on the destination, orders may be shipped via DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another comparable express carrier.

Estimated delivery time:

- Worldwide: 4–10 business days

Expedited shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region. The recipient is responsible for paying any such charges.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or extended delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipping your order.

Order Processing

Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Processing time is not included in the estimated delivery times listed above.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
